American architectural heritage stems from provincial designs of the original Colonists, brought with them from the countries of their birth, and adapted to the landscape that led them westward.
The inspiration for our Traditions homes is the Single House of South Carolina, a design unique to the city of Charleston, where gentle breezes, grand views, and long, narrow lots suggested a layout offering a street-side entry on one end, with patios, balconies, and gardens amplifying the natural beauty of the area from the opposite end. Prescott materials and Craftsman influence completed the recipe, which we hope that you will enjoy for many years to come.
Your Traditions home can be selected from two floorplans, with modifications available to suit your personal needs and desires. Both homes are two story, with three bedrooms and four or five baths. The master bedroom in each model has spacious His-and-Hers bathrooms and walk-in closets, and a covered balcony overlooking the magnificent mountain scenery. While the Charleston floorplan features a large main floor entertaining area with all three bedrooms upstairs, the Aspen has the master and one bedroom upstairs, with a second bedroom suite downstairs for convenience and guest accommodations. Each of the plans has been designed with an elevator in mind as an upgrade.
