The upper right photo shows me with our daughter, and now partner, Clancy, and friend/general contractor Mike Maginn, who built our first house and still works with us on many projects .

And a More Recent House
We worked for client Hannes Schachtner in 2017 on this new construction Glendale guest house (upper left), built in the same style as his mid 1920s residence. Mike Maginn was our general contractor on this project.

Ongoing Activity
We love to tackle renovation of an existing home, eliminating the scars of age, stripping it down to its original character, then putting it back together using current mechanical and style elements as shown in the lower and middle left photos.
